5 matches a Manchester United fan should never miss
Even though the title says "matches a Manchester United fan should never miss", these are five matches that were really good, although some were one sided, these are matches no football fanatic can afford to miss.
This is also an attempt to remind all the plastic fans of Manchester United and those who think that United is done for good that we are going no where, we ruled Manchester and we will rule Manchester again. Manchester looks better in red.
5. Manchester United - 8 Arsenal - 2
Everyone thought this was gonna be like any other United Arsenal match, but SAF and the red devils had other plans. Rooneys hat trick and Young's formidable form was too much for the Gunners and thus one of our biggest victories ever, that too against one of our bittersweet rivals. Maybe thats why its still special for us and this always brings a smile on any United fans face.
4. United - 4 City - 3
An absolute thriller against our noisy neighbours and that too just when they thought they were getting better than us. Derbys are always wonderful to watch, so was this one with Rooneys early goal, Fletchers brace and countless counter attacking from both teams. But this one would always be remembered for the amazing cameo by Michael Owen, no united fan can never ever hate Owen, because this 95th minute goal was that impressive. Once again United proved the world, why they are called the come back kings.
4. United - 2 Arsenal -0
This game was like a well scripted revenge movie, after being humiliated by the Gunners the last time the two teams met. It was a game were both teams gave their all in. It was United on one side against the invincibles on the other side. A team which hadn't been beaten for the past 49 matches, Arsenal were having a dream run, On the other side United were trying to get back their lost pride and there was one player who wanted to avenge the humiliation he had received after missing the last minute penalty in the last game, this time Nistelrooy didn't miss the target. And thats how the battle of Old Trafford - 2 was won.
5. Bayern - 1 United - 2
The stage was set for the biggest competition in Europe and United came on top, to add icing to the victory, United did it the best way they know, a comeback in the late minutes reminding us exactly why they are called the comeback kings.
